Hemp civilization in India

Hence, the Uttarakhand government has come to the first state to issue a licence for the civilization of hemp to the Indian Industrial Hemp Association to grow artificial hemp. 

States like Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Arunachal Pradesh are also looking towards legalising the crop. Uttarakhand came to be the first state to permit the marketable civilization of artificial hemp. The Indian Industrial Hemp Association came first to cultivate hemp fairly there.
